I am trying to write a facebook application, but i'm not sure where to start. I have programmed in java before, so I'd like to somehow use the client libraries, but I don't know how to implement them. Could someone give me some tips on where to start or what to do? I've never done any kind of server/client programming, so this is kinda new to me. Thanks!

is waiting to speak to you?
Somebody I know has a habit of always starting their blessing when they see the server walking towards the table. When I asked why she does it, she says so that she can set an example of praying for her food. In other words, she purposefully waits until the poor guy or girl is walking over to ask if there's anything else they can get, and she starts to pray out loud so that the server has to stand there and wait until she's finished. I say a prayer in my head over my food, but I do it when there's nobody waiting for my response to a question. As a Christian (and anybody else who wants to answer), don't you think it would be more polite for this person to not hold the server up?
Just wanted another opinion on this. God bless.
During the update it asked me to remove some old files, i did, now my pc has major problems. i didnt remove the files on the other 2 computers in the house and they work fine. here are the problems:
compiz no longer works no matter what. i tried all tutorials
no opengl games work. like bzflag, vdrift, ect
( though i can still play netpanzer :)
screensavers no longer work
installing the nvidia-glx-new drivers does not work and i cant install the ones from nvidia's site
java doesnt work right ( cant launch geocities pagebuilder )
i have the xfx geforce 8600gt gddr3 256mb video card
everything used to work fine......
i am a pro to Linux and never had trouble like this. i do not want to reinstall, unless there is a way to reinstall while still keeping you stuff without having to mess with /home/user.
