Open Question: Help my firewall doesnt let the runescape java app work?

When I go to play runescape after i select the detail a white screen comes up where runescape is supposed to be and then a little red x appears in the upper left hand corner of the box. I have CA personal firewall but I dont know how to set it to let runescape work
