Java around the world

Hey guys, I am trying to zip a microsoft word document using winzip, but whenever I send it to my email, it is not opening. The way I am doing it is: I go to the document, I right click on it and scroll down to winzip and over to "add to zip file" I have even tried the zip and email, zip and email plus and the configure, but it still doesn't open it for me. It creates a zip file icon, and that's the one I use when I send it to my email, but it never opens it. When I go to open it, it pops up an error message: Java Virtual Machine Launcher-invalid or corrupt jar file. Could someone tell me what I am doing wrong, and how can I fix this? Thanks
