Java around the world

http://client.silabsoft.org/loaderror_download%20client.html i am trying to play a online game called kasparscape, i was on lastnight but when i got up this morning ths page came up so, i have done evrything it says, i have made the floder, iv unstalled and installed lava 2 times, i have parental settings turned off, and protection mode turned of in internet explorer. the only thing is that the java signature page will not come up but thats it... i really need help or i will just have to give up.
