Open Question: bf2…help with saving awards i get on ranked servers???

i have bf2 installed on my computer...i play it daily and m quite good actually ;) my actual problem is when ever i play a ranked server, the awards i get never save on my computer i mean when ever i play on a ranked server, i get rewards and when i check my stat, (which is in "BFHQ" NOT on server's website), it doesnt show any thing and always says "Play on Battlefield 2 ranked server to gain these rewards". but it doesnt work i have normal version of BF 2 and dont have any updates. i just bought the CD and installed it on my computer nothing more nothing less. can some 1 please help me.??? REALLY APPRICIATED...
