Java around the world

I downloaded CS 1.6 today, and I'm pretty good with it and I already knew it from before but I've got some new problem. I must've either clicked something wrong or caused something to happen, cause when I try to create a server the only map I can choose is "" or the player-made "awp_dust" map which got automatically downloaded when I entered a server that had it. After I entered that same server with this new map, I don't know what happened, but now it's the only map I can create my own server on. I can play the maps on other servers, but not on my own. So does anyone know what the problem is, and why don't I have all the basic maps?
