Open Question: How to download FLV from rtmp servers?

I want to download the FLV videos from the Disney XD Website: http://www.disney.com/dxd/ but they are in a rtmp server and I can't download it with any stream downloader! I'd tried Orbit, WM Recorder, FLV Downloader, Hidownload and many others and it don't worked, please, if anybody know how to download it, please help me!
